RICARDO RI was asked to pay more because the trailer I rented lights were not working and they only had larger trailers.

Michelle LI had made my reservation a long time ago. I selected mobile pickup as my first ever uhaul. And my phone was stuck on waiting verification at the time of pickup and I was scared to close the app n find an error and I believe that was my mistake as a first time user of the app n uhaul renter but since the location was openi went inside and the older lady employee told me she doesn't know anything about the app so I felt forced to do my booking with her. I would of prefer to do it alone with no contact. My own preference honestly. I would of liked to have a employee to have knowledge of the app for myle to be more educated on the next rental.

JESUS VWhen pickup the truck there were alot of questions about tucked to rental,,,When first call the person said the cost was 333 but end up to be 404...and all required thing for rental,,,very upset,,,,,never recommed the location,,,Also the truck had scracteds,,,have to them them,,,
CRUZ JI arrived on a Sunday to pick up my unit and never received the code for the key lock box. When I finally received the code we checked all three boxes and never found the key. Someone had to meet me for the key and when I asked about the dolly I had reserved he said we never have Dollie's. Should probably remedy that! Also the unit was dirty and had food inside the cab. Only positive is the truck ran great for our move.

JORGE CHave the truck ready for pick up on the reserve time, have all equipment that was reserved. Truck was not clean. Unorganized location.
Daniel DThe staff was very efficient and the time spent from the time I arrived was 5-10 minutes compared to Laredo Country Store on Jaime Zapata that always spends 45min to over an hour along with calls made to U-Haul on-site to complete my rentals every time. I was very impressed and U-Haul should consider removing the Laredo County Store on Jaime Zapata and forwarding all business to this location.

Raul VI rented a motorcycle trailer which on the site is 14,99 per day, when i got to the place i was charged 24,99 per day. Also got charged a full extra day taking for a 2hr delay returning it.

David MIt smelled so bad in the trunk they didn't clean it well at all. Like something had died at least they could've given me another trailer but they didn't. So that's why I'm giving it a one star.

Luis AThe left front tire of the autotrasport trailer I rented was about to blow out due to the wire raidial belts being exposed in some places on the tire. But other than that I was very satisfied.

Jose AOne strap was damaged and I couldn't secure one tire.
Abraham BDo alignment on truck, steering one was not aligned with tires, also the transmission would kick in every gear. I thought I was going to get stranded while hauling all my furniture. Truck was in bad shape but personnel in the establishment were friendly.
Gumaro RThe staff was very helpful and courteous. The reason for the low rating that there was no customer parking. Had to park on the side if the street. This street is narrow and busy due to the business located across the same street. The car dolly was located in the back of the building which had all if the gates locked. Hard to locate the car dolly. If they posted signs either Entry/Exit would help instead of just saying drive around back. I guess they are used to dealing with local customers that they forget not everyone know where the entry/exit gates are.

Leonel LBecarefull when filling it back with gasoline, I fill it up and still charged me $18 dollars. Worst experience ever. The lady that charged me this her name is Mel. Very disappointed.

MIGUEL MNext time, please make sure the staff that helps set up the trailers to the customers' Vehicle. that they are secure and tightly on I had a accident where the hitch was not properly secure and hit our truck

jeannine fI paid for a towing hitch to pick it up at the rental place and when I arrived and asked for the hitch the agency told me that they are separated company from u-hall and what I bought online does not apply in the store. I end up paying an over price towing hitch ( u hall brand 54) Also, I asked if they offer Military discounts and the store said they don't because they are not U hall.
