The location was fine. Took 2 hours to reserve, equipment was not available even though showing available upon booking. Tried to drop off at different location when done, couldn't without paying very high penalty. Normally good experiences renting trailers, this was a bust. This was not the agents fault, this was u hauls fault.

CHERI JThe truck was not full on gas when I took it off the lot. The needle was a bit off of the white F line. The U-haul rep told us the truck was full of gas, and it wasn't. We spent money on filling it up even though we just used it for 5 miles and less than one hour. The total price for the truck was not affordable.
JAVIER MI could not use the app to drop off the truck and had to wait two days for the truck to be checked in. I don't understand why the app could not recognize the location.

SHANE HI reserved a 26' truck. It was not available in my area at the last minute. I had to rent a 15' truck. U haul kindly offered an extra day and extra mileage; but it was still a huge problem. Please do a better job having available the trucks on reservations.
