Nothing needs to be improved! I was very happy and satisfied with U haul/ Caliber Tire and Wheel in Jackson
ANNA-LEIA RI was stranded and it was pouring raining and I would've had to walk over a mile to get to the U-Haul but the kind gentleman that worked there came and picked me up and took me to the U-Haul store. He went out of his way to help me and ensure my safety and well-being. I am forever grateful!
VICTORIA PQuick and friendly service. I would recommend calipers to anyone needing any of the services they provide.
JOSE HOf all my previous experiences with UHaul, this location at Caliber Tires and Wheels in Jackson, CA, was by far, my best experience, yet. Romeo went above and beyond his professional obligations. He helped me out on a personal level, while keeping it professional. His humankindness is exceptional. I can not give him/them a score above 5 stars or I would do so. They have a customer for life!
MELISSA ROwner extremely rude and will never rent from him or uhaul ever again. Have told friends family and customers about text we received from him and people are shocked. Never again will uhaul have my business.

MICHAEL SDrop off was on a Sunday and business was closed. Easy to use the app and complete the return.
ROYAL MThe wire harness was loose and dragged on the ground and had to be fixed. The chains connecting the trailer to the van were also too loose and dragged on the ground. We were alerted to sparks by a driver behind us so we stopped and tied up the chains with a shoelace. I think the u-haul representative at Caliber Tire & Wheel could use a bit more training.
CHRISTINE HThe guy that helped us was super helpful but the running lights wire was cut about two inches from where the trailer wire connected to the adapter on our vehicle (turn signals and brake lights were fine). The driver's side wire was cut as well, and we didn't know either weren't working until we started our trip after the sun has already set. We ended up driving a quarter of the way to our destination with the hazards on so that cars behind us could see us. When we finally stopped around 11p, I had to splice the wires together with some tape and that's when we found out that only the passenger side light worked
Samuel RFuel was lower than the contract stated so I had to more than I used and I was charged extra for night key drop. Rent uhaul fairly often from another location and never been charged extra for dropping off at night.
Bryan SThese people were so nice and never any problems at all. I had to call and have the days extended and he was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be using this location again.

GREGORY TOriginally supposed to pick up truck at another location after making reservation over week ahead but had to drive out of the way to get truck after being stressed from getting 2 calls about truck not being available or not the right truck. These locations need to keep better inventory and not make promises they cannot keep. Overall after getting truck it went smoothly. But still not happy about extra mileage I had to rack up due to ignorance.
