PAUL AI have used Uhaul since around 1980. Used to take my band equipment to faraway gigs in one. Moved Fl to Ca 98'. San Diego >Arkansas in 2001. Back to Cali- towing a 59 Impala on a uhaul trailer in 2002.Then from Pine Valley California up to Shelter Cove, last week! Absolute dream company. Very nice people at pick up location. The same with the drop off in Fortuna. All related phone calls, such as questions, statuses, etc, toll free numbers resulted in my speaking with an American without some indecipherable foreign accent and limited English in The Phillipines or India. Fine folks, desparate for work, paid pennies on the dollar and just not prepared to help us efficiently with local problems from the other side of the world.You know like the cheap crooks who run the credit card companiesand multibillion robber baron owned corporations that screw the American people daily? Oh, like Cox cable for one. Those guys? Yeah, well Uhaul is not like that at all. EVERYONE was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful.
CORTLANDT SService was courteous and fast. Process was easy. Will definitely use this location again.
