Great customer service, would recommend
ASTRID PStaff was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable. Office was clean, truck was clean-the cab and the cargo space-no dirt or dust. Had additional equipment available if needed. Took the time to talk about what I was moving to make sure I had everything that I needed. 10/10 would use this location and company again in the future.
KATHRYN BWould highly recommend! It was an easy and amazing experience. Hopefully don't need to move in the future but if we do this is where we will rent from!

ASHLEE HAt the original rental location, the trailer they tried to give us had a rusted tire rim. It was unsafe and I refused to take it. They were able to find another trailer and sent us to the Apache Trail location. Upon arrival, we were met by Mitch, who took excellent care of us. The new trailer had a tire with a cut in it, so Mitch helped us get it serviced before we left on our two thousand mile journey. I was pretty annoyed with all of the trailer issues, but Mitch took outstanding care of us including a tour of his facility while we waited for the trailer repairs. It reminded me that some businesses are definitely better than others. I am thankful he took such good care of us and made sure we had a safe trip. Excellent job!!

ROY GWe went to pick up the trailer and they discovered the lights weren't working correctly. So within minutes they brought another one over and made sure everything was in working order. The gentleman that completed our contract was super nice!

TRAVIS WUhaul was responsive to my concern about the change in location from my original rental spot. It resulted in an additional 40 min of drive time (20 min each way) However they provided a discount and the equipment was well maintained and ready when I wanted to pick up the truck. steve rIt was awesome to be able to go pick up the uhaul after hours and be able to get my moving done fast. Loved how clean and easy it was. When I dropped it off when I was done the guy was super nice and quick. Definitely recommend this location for your moving needs.
Patrick RWe were given a drop off location that wasn't in business yet. We dropped off on a Friday and the new business didn't open until Monday. We went over our miles trying to find a drop off location.

JOSAFAT MMitch was great in explaining how the truck works. He had it clean and ready to go when we arrived. It's the best service we have ever had from a U-Haul provider.
Charles RUSB ports in the cab. Could not charge my hone. Was stuck in terrible blizzard in Texas where road was closed. Nearly lost cellphone as we were stranded for over 6 hours. Creates an unnecessary danger for renters.

brian eI didn't receive a dolly like I requested and marked this when checking out. When I returned the truck I marked that there was no dolly in the return and they charged me for the full dolly. Luckily the owner saw this and got a refund right away but the app should understand that if no dolly was received when requested it's not going to be there when returned.

Eric PCheck the brakes. I'm over 6 feet tall and 240 pounds. I had to STAND on the brakes before the truck even thought about slowing down. Additionally, if in a constant braking situation, once I would stop, you could smell the brakes burning. This truck is not safe. Once dropped off; I explained the issue with the agent; and they said; that's fine if have someone here to rent it right now.
Taylor RThe pin that holds the ramp in place on the driver's side was broken upon pickup; the only 5x9 trailer on hand so no substitute available. I waited in the office to return the trailer for 10 minutes, no Staff anywhere around so I had to unhook the trailer myself. It took an additional 25 minutes for Staff to check me back in.

JETT RUnfortunately there was road work on the street this location is on which made navigating the entrance a little more challenging. The staff is incredible and their attentive attitudes brought the experience to the next level.
