Used these folks before. They are awesome
Kim BDrop-off was quick and easy. Le personnel était amical et serviable.
RIKI HEverything went fine, and the truck worked ok. But, it has been beaten within an inch of its life, and appears to have a pretty substantial exhaust leak under the chassis. That's readily apparent on startup and under load. It didn't cause fumes to enter the cab, but I think you should fix that soon.
Cam WGood folks work here. The other location in Laramie that is connected to the towing company should be avoided. Only use this location in Laramie.

Eric cThis truck was picked up during daylight hours so this wasn't noticed until heading down the road behind my car. The driver's side headlight was dim and the passenger side turn signal light could barely be seen. Otherwise everything was good. The guys at the rental pickup location were very nice and knowledgeable. Will go there again.

SHELLY NWe didn't interact with any staff. Someone was there, but they didn't offer to help and came and went before I could ask my question. Your website needs work! The self return was difficult and took us to much time to figure out.

John BThe auto trailer we rented caused us a lot of trouble! The back axle was bent and the left rear tire blew out! After getting it repaired only a half mile down the road, the whole tire flew off and we could not find it! Check your trailer axles, please!

Zane RTires were well worn. After driving several hours , check load and repositioned items in attempt to lessen issue. Did not work work. Drove the 1100 miles with bad tires , had flat spot? Bulge? Something that caused quite bumpy ride. I informed drop off point of this. They seemed unconcerned?!!

While everything went well, This is the first piece of equipment I have rented out of 7 in the last 6mos that made me nervous. But the guys at C&A are the absolute BEST!

We were charged the insurance even though we had refused it. The guy said he couldn't take the charge off locally, that I will have to contact corporate

Joseph BNothing at all to improve. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Best U-Haul experience I have had. Clean equipment that worked well. Pickup and drop off were easy. And I never felt talked down to which does happen sometimes as a female renting a trailer or truck.

Parker FI was given a truck and car hauler to travel 900 miles. After 400 miles, we stopped and checked load. The rear differential was leaking fluid all over the truck we were towing and the right inside tire was showing the steel belts. We were sidelined for 3 hours for tire replacement and to fill but not fix the leak in the rear differential. When we turned in the equipment, we were told that that truck should have never left the lot. The windows were so dirty we had difficulty seeing and had to clean them.

Janet MAll worked perfectly well with the rental, there is nothing I can think of to improve it. The one suggestion I can think of is to have available vans, as well as 10' trucks, for the smaller moves.
