JOSE BI had a great experience renting from this shop! I needed a U-Haul the night prior and reserved ahead for a morning pickup. Upon arrival, the shop was friendly, pick up was easy, and it took just a few minutes to sign in and I was on my way with the keys. Van was pretty new, in great condition, clean, and ran perfectly. I had to extend my reservation by 2 hours too and it was easily adjustable in my reservation online! Returning was also easy after shop hours with a decent amount of space open on and surrounding the property. Highly recommend this location if you need a U-Haul last minute! Thank you, C&A!
Jade TThe air on the back right tire was low. I saw the alert on the dashboard as soon as i started driving away. They should have someone fix that before someone uses. It can be very dangerous and can cause a mess if something were to go wrong.

JEFFREY IU-Haul called me an hour before my time to tell me they did not have a truck available. Since we in the middle of moving I want not prepared to check in on the mobile app. They sent me to a mobile location. The U-Haul app and mobile check in process was not user friendly. Frustrating process.

ernest mEverything went smooth and easy. My only problem was with the driver window crank. When I went to open the window the knob came off. I put it back on and it worked if I was very careful.
barry dAlmost it has been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for the money back. I called Englewood U haul and U haul customer service but no return back.. it is not professional. I haven't experienced this before.
ANITA ENothing really everything went smooth I was in and out everything was perfect.
luis lFound roaches in the truck. No one there to help. You're expected to do all the work yourself and over pay. It took an hour with only an IT person to help. And U-haul expected you to be the cashier, the booking agent, the supervisor and the rental agent. To top it all off I was over charged.

CHRISTOPH LHorrific experience overall. This location charged me $245 for a "wrong dropoff location" after Uhaul told me i can drop off here. I will NEVER use Uhaul ever again especially for my next move 2 months from now and clearly will not recommend anyone ever using Uhaul.

In fact, I had booked my needs with another Uhaul location and that original location was not in the morning of my booking and when calling their store # was not in service. So I called this location and they were awesome. Explained to me what will happen with my original booking then made my updated booking with C&A easy and quick. bria lI was overcharged for gas. I received the truck with around a quarter tank. I was charged for 5 gallons of gas. If you look at my total mileage I would not have used up even close to 5 gallons. I added 1 gallon before retuning the car which is all I used.
