I would NOT recommend this location. the grounds was a wet and muddy grass field. No pavement or gravel, in addition, I had to do everything myself while it was raining. The lady was pleasant but she didn't even come out or verify. She just wanted to make sure I didn't park in front of dumpster. Also confusing what building to go into. General store or liquor store..

I wanted a one way u haul they told me I had to return it to their location, there was no dolly, the store clerk stopped helping me to help two customers who came in after me. The pump at the gas station it's attached to wasn't working. It was a bad experience. They also only had one small size truck so I couldn't even move everything.
Cadi PThe gas was said to be full, but it was not. I didn't want to get charged "$16 per gallon" if it wasn't, just like the girl said, so I filled it up. The vague went higher than before and I was still charged full price. Your employee told me that somebody must have stolen gas from the tank. I'm asking UHaul why is that my problem at my expense?

Christopher CCarlos and his daughter did a great job securing my U-Haul trailer rental, as imposing as the U-Haul reservation software is. They were extremely polite, appreciated my business and accompanied my schedule all the way through. Only think I'd change would be the intensity of the U-Haul reservation process, but that's U-Haul's responsibility, not C&D's.
Ken GWe were supposed to have a truck in Katy Tx but the location was closed and we were bounced to their other location … no help sent to big box location at I-10 at 99 we were rescheduled 30 miles away in Brookshire Tx and only given the 30 miles as a result I spent an extra $15, plus my time an car mileage to fix the problem… really needed the truck so I tolerated as a long time customer

ANGELLO JThe truck was clean but kind of beat up on the outside in places. The pick up process took 45 minutes. The uhaul dealer was new but the uhaul software is not user friendly at all!! Drop off was a little quicker and the uhaul dealers were apologetic and kind!
