Jonathan MI wasn't able to pick up the U-Haul during regular business hours, honestly everything went very smoothly on retrieving the key and the key box and we were able to be on our way in a matter of minutes. The U-Haul was clean and we didn't have a problem with anything. With returning the U-Haul back in, I had went to the wrong address but was able to call the U-Haul number and they assisted me and was able to change the return location so I did not have to drive around town to find the exact U-Haul location. They were able to change the location for me, which was extremely helpful. Seeing that it was late at night and cold and rainy. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you For all your help and moving.

Micheal CNothing! Ashley was the most helpful representative ever! Honestly she made up for the U-Haul location at TreadPro where they failed to have our original order of a 10 ft box truck ready when agreed upon. The young girl at the location on Louisville Rd Frankfort couldn't care less whether we got a U-Haul that day or any other for that matter. So when Ashley went above and beyond to get us a box truck to move immediately we couldn't have been more thankful. ASHLEY was truly our angel that day. Please give her a raise or at least a bonus.

Gloria GThe only complaint was I was given a quote of $165 but when I picked the truck up it was $251. When I returned it the actually cost was $230, because I only drove it 8 miles. But from $165 the quote was still far off!!! And unexpected!

FRED RIt appeared to be in coos condition, however, 5 minutes in the drive the back right tire completely shredded off. We had to pull off the shoulder and get on Versailles Road to pick up rubber tire. It would have caused major damage for another car to hit it. The car bounced around like we had a flat but it wat rotting tire tread and we ran over it. Threw my furniture all over and scratched a few dresser drawers. Im asking for a partial credit for out bad experience and scratched furniture due to rotten tire. The company was supposed to call me yesterday and nothing. Poor customer service from corporate! Still waiting on the call to discuss my refund.

Julian VThe trucks could use a better maintenance schedule. The battery on my rental died just as I finished loading up for a move across town. Luckily, it was resolved within a few hours with Roadside Assistance.
