THOMAS EI appreciate being able to leave my vehicle parked at/near the rental location. This was the newest and cleanest Uhaul I've ever rented, 2024MY with only 4400miles on it. Most in the area are 2012-2014s with 100k on them. The app makes check-out/check-in easy on me and the rental location, haven't had any issues with billing or surprise additional charges.
ERIC BI have rented trucks three times in the last couple of months from this location. Most of the time things went very well although this last time was somewhat disappointing (the gas out was said to be 1/4 tank - was actually less than 1/8 & had to get gas right away; the passenger side door did not open from the outside). I will still choose this location again because the personnel give excellent service & will listen to their customers.

PATRICK TThere were no clear signs to indicate where to drop off and return the Truck or keys. I left extra gas in the car, I was told I would get credited for that, but I received no confirmation. I also left an unopened rope and unopened straps worth 20 dollars in the cabin of the truck which I purchased from U Haul, so I felt bad about that too.

LANDON SI ordered a large uhaul truck and some packing blankets for an out of state move. I went into the shop the day before to see if I could pick up the blankets early so that we could wrap the furniture prior to the actual move day. They did not have the blankets (and would not have had them for my move the next day). The manager gave me a number to call to see if a surrounding uhaul had blankets that I could pick up. No one had them! The uhaul main office then remedied the situation by sending the blankets with a staff member who was going on vacation and headed my direction. The staff member dropped the blankets off at the uhaul site and I was able to pick them up later in the afternoon.

Pedram AThis location posted hours to open at 8:30am and I arranged a flight from vegas to land at 7am in Sacramento. I got to the location and there was a hand written notice taped to the door saying "Opening at 10am today". So unprofessional.

DINO VKeep the promises you make. The moving truck rental was primito be $30 and was charged double. The gas gage was marked as having a quarter tank full and it was on empty. I was charged more than promised.

Mark s1. I did not find the online check helpful; frustrating to use; gave up and went to the office. 2. The bed of the 10’ truck was sticky with residue from an earlier rental. 3. I had reserved 12 moving blankets; none were available.

Emmett MMy invoice was not correct and the truck was not in good repair. The driver window leaked, it was raining and my left leg was wet from the rain. The interior was beat up. The invoice was incorrect, charged me over extra miles. Filed a report and given an estimate of up to three days to be contacted. It is now 10 days later and no response from UHaul!!!

TERRY IThe contract said this truck had gas in it but it did not! We had to go straight to the gas station because the gas empty light came on just as we drove out of the parking lot. There was 1/2 a tank of gas still in it when we returned it. I would like a refund for that gas of $60. I put in $100. worth of gas. I have never received a Uhaul truck with no gas in it.
