Stop charging a fee for everything, one fee EPA and another fee,charging for mileage and gas $4,5 a gallon.

JEREMY IThe truck was very awfully bumpy the entire time. The ramp wouldn't latch, nor does it feels long enough. And the folks at the rental office was kinda rude when I knew what size truck I needed they tried to give me a smaller truck.

Nancy JThe check engine light turned on. My problem was not with this location. My problem was with the location I initially placed the reservation. The woman at that location was abrupt and rude. In not so many words "not helpful". I was also told that I would get a military discount and I didn't. I ordered a dolly and didn't get one. Not to mention the fact that I had to use the app to pickup the truck and I was never told to put gas in the truck before returning it so I received a nice $30 service charge.
Elena RWhen you have a reservation, the reservation should be maintained by U-haul, not given a run around just before time to pick it up. Then get another call telling you they won't have the truck you reserved at all, and you will have go to another location which is farther away, which means you have more miles to pay for, not to mention more fuel. Cargo Bay Storage was not my original pickup location, it was the U-haul Moving and Storage of New River on South Marine Blvd. This isn't the first time this has happened with U-haul but it is the last, i will Never use U-haul for anything again nor will i recommend them to anyone.

Sergio KCommunications were horrible gas horrible accommodation was poor. Staff seems irritable and fussy all the time. Just an overall bad experience. I understand U-Haul as a whole isn't but just the interaction with the team over there is just bad. I had a horrible experience and just hope the next time will be better.

Joe CYou cannot do anything to improve for the next customer because you can't do better than PERFECT! Nick is amazing. He provided the most excellent customer service I have ever received from any U-Haul and most other business establishments. He is crystal clear in his communications, and to the point while also being very congenial, just a super nice guy. The 10 foot truck was in impeccable condition and, as strange as this might sound, the bathroom in the small office was the cleanest and tidiest bathroom I have ever used in any business establishment. This is a testament to Nick's attention to detail. I would give better than 5 stars if I could! Thank you for a great moving experience. I'll be back.

Caitlin PPlease update your website. The reservation we made days in advance stated mileage would be $.69 per mile. We were charged $.99 per mile. The check engine light came on as we were pulling out with our first load and the location we got it from told us to just keep driving. That was a bit unsettling. There was an empty box of Newports that slid out from under the seat.

christopher sThe straps on the dolly were hard to disengage and one of the chains had a broken part.
Patrick TNot make me pick up a truck at a location 15 miles away and force me to take it back to the exact same location when it costs me 0,99 cents a mile plus top it off with the fuel I used. I drove farther in the truck to pick up and drop off than I did for using it for my purpose. In total it cost me $161 to use the truck for 20 miles. Not happy at all!
