The inside of the van was dirty. The floor had dirt and crumbs and the dash was also covered in dust and hair. Just wish the van was clean. Also a cigarette burn in the drivers seat. Overall a great location but cleanliness should be improved on the van.

JENNIFER MMy truck was not supposed to be there , On my reservation messages. I was supposed to pick up the truck from somewhere else when I got the guy just told me ( we don't have a truck here call U-Haul ) I did and they send me to this location 1 hour away from the original pick up location. That was unacceptable I wasted a lot of time and money to get this truck

GREGORY VLady was rude and disrespectful. Place was dirty. Nobody was there the day I had to drop it off and trailer was to heavy to take off the hitch of truck so they charged me an extra day because I couldn't pick up trailer off hitch on my own

NANCY NWe live in Pittsburgh and we rented this truck from our local U-Haul location. Apparently, they didn't do their job so they did not confirm our rental. When we got to South Carolina, they did not have a reservation for us. The woman at Cars N More took the time to figure it out and got us our rental we needed. We appreciate them picking up the slack.
mark aI arrived at the pick up location at 9:15 pm. This was after hours. I was told by Uhaul all I needed was to share my location in the Uhaul App and I would receive a lock box code to access the key. THAT WAS NOT ACCURATE. I had to open the App and take a photo of front and back of my license thru the App. The back of my license took many attempts to scan. Then I had to provide two (2) telephone #'s that Uhaul will live call to verify I am who I say I am. It was now 9:30pm. My wife and my brother who were hundreds of miles away were called. This made no sense. Imagine if this was 2:am? Who is going to pick up at that hour? I was never notified of these additional steps. This process was far from easy. The code was finally sent after more than 30 minutes standing in front of a closed dimly lit buisness. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Andy CWas charged a cleaning fee of 25 dollars for nothing!!! How can you charge that for nothing. Was also told to drop off there but did not know they would be closed so early. Called number to call when dropping off and nobody answered and has never responded back from messages I left. Very disappointed that a good client could be scammed out of 25 dollars for really nothing

John DThey answered my questions, I got a trailer that worked, all items were as expected, clean trailer, moved a car 75 miles an d took it back. No issues at all. They had some old school rock and roll in the shop that sounded good. Friendly woman met me at the counter and explained the process.

Put on the wrong size trailer then when I returned the one that was dragging the back of my car on the ground and they knew about the issue, they wouldn't let me rent the smallest trailer. Told me my car couldn't hold any trailer… They also overcharge everyone which is ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

bill GIt took me over an hour and a half to locate a uhaul location to drop the trailer. Our pick up location provided 4 locations, none of which would "accept" the trailer. I had to call Guilford CT location to secure a drop off point. Terrible!
