Everything was great except I made a reservation for an appliance dolly but when I went to pick up truck they said they didn't have any on property!!! I had to drive to 3 DIFFERENT PROPERTIES to locate one and paid those miles! I was also charged 2 different prices for gas. Paperwork still not settled.

Leslie BReserving the U-Haul was a fairly easy process. However, the confirmation I received via email gave me the wrong location for pickup. I showed up and was told I had no reservation. I did show the gentleman the email to confirm I was correct in the location I was told to come pick it up. He did say yes, this is the correct location on the email but when he looked it up in the computer, I was told the pick up was at the other location on the other side of town. Not a deal breaker, but very annoying and a bit inconvenient.

Marie BThey were over the top on customer service. I rented two trucks. One from Castle Rock Self Storage and one from another location. I wasn't comfortable with what the Uhaul website so I went in to ask for help. Beth and her husband were awesome. So helpful and going out of their way. I ended up needing a 3rd truck. They made it happen in a heartbeat. If I could rate higher than five stars I would. Very uplifting to have this type of service in today's world.

STEVEN NStaff was excellent, but the van given us to use on a one way trip was damaged before we took possession and the trouble we went through after that to just get back home was a trauma beyond our ability to cope with. In time and with a lot of stress on our part the trip was made, we were compensated for our troubles financially and all is well today as the credit was deposited in our account. To be sure the equipment issued is in good running condition should be a number 1 priority. All things considered, we can say thank you.

Leslie BThe mobile check in didn't work, I was supposed to pick my UHaul up at 9am, but wasn't able to get it until 10am when the place opened which messed up my entire day/plans for moving. Also I asked them to discount my uhaul for the inconvenience and they gave me a $35 coupon for the next time I need a uhaul. I just bought a home and will not be moving anytime soon. So that does absolutely nothing to make up for the hassle caused. Will never rent a uhaul again
