After I finished loading my staff, I tried to start the truck, but it refused to start. I had to call the office where I hired the truck, and I was not happy with their response.

Location was way out of the way from where we requested. We paid for a dolly in advance and were told it was in the U-Haul upon pickup. It was not. We had to do an entire move without the dolly and we didn't get refunded for it. The location did not have the supplies we needed for sale (lock), and we were told it would. Overall bad experience. Would not rent again.

Totally misleading pricing. Say $20 on website and bill is 100. Never again. Ripoff.

I rented my truck at 7:30 am and I couldn't get it until 9 am. All because that's the time at which they opened it, and therefore I couldn't use my truck until then (self checkout not available according to the app)

The personnel was friendly but there was a glitch that cost me time and money. When I picked up the truck I was told the dolly for appliances was inside (which I had rented). I did not check and yes I am partially to blame but nonetheless i did ask and was told it was inside. When I arrived at my former home to move my belongings there was no dolly inside the truckso I called and was told to pick one up at a different location (the person did look if they had any in stock but they did not) which I did but wasn't an easy task..it was difficult to prove to the second location it was just to borrow but eventually they reviewed my contract and loaned me a dolly which I had to return at that same location. All in all I had extra kilometers i had to do, I had to pay extra time for my moving helpers and drive extra miles to get the equipment returned. Truck went well and was clean, the reps at the 1st location were very nice and apologetic, but it was a long and more expensive day, lesson learned to always VERIFY your rental equipment as it's your responsabilty. i need to rent another soon I will definitely make sure I check my vehicle and or equipment from whatever company I rent from.

Dolly was missing so the furniture pads! Finally had only 9 out of 12! Had to clean cabine and truck box! Check engine was on and air conditionning wasn't working…

We rent an hand trolley and we didn't get, the people ask us to go to another uhaul, we try another, wait 30 min and the people tell us: it's not possible. Very poor service …

Le probleme a ete que ce fut tres long pour remplir les formulaires autant a l'arrivee que pour le depart. Nous etions ds un3 station de gaz. L'employé devait repondre pour vendre de l'essemce en meme temps que pou nous et en plus il ne semblait pas tres a l'aise pour remplir les documents.
