PETER CThe one guy that works there is so slow and just wants to talk the whole time, about inappropriate stuff like how his wife thinks he's cheating on her. The pick up process was rough. And then I did the whole return process through the app, which was great, but he came running out to ask for the keys while I was trying to drive away and chastised me for using the online system instead of talking to him.

WILLIAM F⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️朗 My whole experience, from start to finish, was exceptional! The website is easy to navigate and the pick-up location was easy to find. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and a "good morning". The gentleman introduced himself (I'm terrible with names) and patiently walked me thru the pick-up process, and explained the drop-off process. The moving help I procured thru the U-Hall website, Move Buddy, was far beyond five star service. I received exceptional service from them!!! I will absolutely use U-Hall for all of my future moves and will definitely recommend them to Family, Friends, and Colleagues in need of moving services. Thank you U-Hall for making one of the three most difficult experiences in life a lot less stressful!!! ♥️♥️♥️

BRIAN CIt was super easy to book the trailer online and pick up was a breeze , few signatures and a swipe of my card and I was hitching the trailer and on my way.

SHAWN DWhen we got there they said my reservation was canceled so I had to re do my reservation. Then the truck was not cleaned out we had to. Then there was ice and blue slippery stuff all in the back making it dangerous for my movers. When we went to leave to bring our stuff to storage the truck would not start we had to jump it. It Then did the same thing when we were leaving the storage facility, Making it so we had to keep it 1 more day. Overall I'm very disappointed and would not use uhaul again.

DAVID BCalled next morning due to returning trailer after hours and placing it in a different spot from pick up due to parking lot being a sheet of ice. Individuals answering the phone did not have file of rental and could not locate it. Accused us of having wrong location. Said we would be charge a late fee although we returned the rental early. After several times of rexplanation individual finally understood. Finally found file and closed out the rental. Proceeded to call us back multiple times throughout the day for different information although rental was closed.
SARA CWas given a truck with "Low Tire Pressure" warning light. I spoke with agent before leaving and all he did was tell me to contact UHaul road service. That would have ruined my schedule. Found a pump and filled it myself. Not a good experience.

JACOB HI reserved ahead of time and was changed to this location because it had the truck I needed. Instead the location opened an hour later than told, they gave my truck to someone else. I had to use a five foot shorter truck. The tire pressure I was told don't worry yet it was a moving truck at 16 psi! So we had to add air. Just added to a busy day when I originally reserved at 15 foot truck at 739 am and ended up not getting a truck until 930 am and the wrong truck. Not sure what a reservation is if this is how it was handled.
Crystal BAfter all other locations were closed for Black Friday, he was the only one open in my time of need, when Uhaul f*cked me twice. Nice guy.
ANTHONY LQuick and efficient pick up
MICHAEL LNot change the reservation less than 24 hours in advance. This changed the course of our very busy moving day and caused us to have to drive back and forth between the places more than we would have needed to if the truck was available when I had reserved it for. I also reserved the truck for 24hrs and when the reservation was updated to pick it up later it did not update to drop it off later to give the full 24 hours. I don't want to rate the location too low because I don't know if it was actually the location or uhaul itself who caused this issue.
DAVID YComputers were down at the pick up location, so a new reservation had to be made. Drop off was quick and easy. Staff helped maneuver the trailer into a spot and took care of the return paperwork.

TIMOTHY CGetting the truck I ordered was a nightmare. I needed a one way truck and ended up having to take an in town truck and drive it back because the truck I ordered was not there.
Alexis BThe back of the truck had piles of dirt, which I had to clean before I put my belongings in. It was very difficult to reach them to inform them of the dirty truck issue. The call could not go to voice mail because their mailbox was not set up. I believe the gas gage was also incorrect. I put in $22 worth of gas, and the truck only increased by less than 1/4 of a tank.

John DI had to hook up greasy equipment to my vehicle and then with grease all over my hands from the safety chains there was no soap and water to wash my hands. I didn't want to get back into my 2024 Chevy Tahoe and get grease all over the steering wheel. I had to try to wipe grease off with a small piece of paper towel.The trailer was on a steep hillside and I could not hook it up on my own because it had to have a wheel chocked. The rep complained that I was late picking up when I arrived 30 minutes later than my booking time. I understood that I could pick it up anytime after 8:30am and did not appreciate being reprimanded for being late. The trailer had a straight 4!wite electrical connection and my vehicle only has the round one. I asked him to provide and adapter and he said he does not carry adaptors. I had to drive it to the nearest auto store and buy an adapter so that I could hook up the electrical.
HARVEY NThe sales clerk completed the order and dispatched me without going over the order. As a result the order was finalized and no edits could be completed. The clerk charged me for tow sets of moving pads when I only wanted one set. When I said I wanted it corrected, he called two people to edit it and was told since it was dispatched, no changes could be made. He was told to put a note in the system and it would be adjusted when I dropped it off. Upon drop off, I found out that was not the case. So initial orders need to be correct and verified with the customer before being dispatched.

James DConnivant location from my house. The truck I rented was fairly new. The appearance of the U haul rental facility was an old convenient store and it showed. If you are planning on doing a one-way trip and dropping the rental truck off in another location plan on it costing more than double the advertised price. That $39,95 per day rental does not apply to a 1 way trip that was not explained to me when picking up the truck. I was under the impression that U haul put a hold on my card incase of any damage to the truck and I would be getting money back if it was returned in good condition. That did not happen. So my $300 dollar rental turned into a $700 dollar unexpected expense! Not Happy

Chris AI was charged for two days but returned the trailer before the 24 hour mark. Shit experience. Zero issue with the location. Just with U-Haul in general. Shit policies.
Jason MPicked up the truck it was sticky and dirty and trash on the inside. There was absolutely no gas I had to go straight to the gas station and get gas I returned it with gas more than what I got it with and now I'm being charged for gas. The truck was disgusting. Customer service was horrible. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Dennis LI was charged for multiple things that I wasn't asked if I wanted. Store owner filled everything out then gave me keys. I thought the price seemed a little high but didn't say anything. The vehicle had 3/4 of a tank when I took it. I returned it with in between 3/4 and 7/s but was still charged $9,5 for fuel. Over all this rental cost me almost $180. He also put the wrong times for pickup and drop off thn acted like he was doing me a favor for not putting me down as late. I used the uhaul for a total of 3 hours, and it was 180. Dollars. I drove 80 miles. How do I go about getting some money refunded I am extremely dissatisfied. If rented uhauls for a full day drive the same amount and it wasn't close to this much.

Michelle HIt's not a complete uhual and seems a bit sketchy. Also had someone help me book a uhual and then when I had the uhual I got a text message saying the complete wrong information. It was not simple and easy.

Craig RVery difficult to hook up the Uhaul. Why is there no wheel to crank up to put on the hitch? The thing weighs a ton and I nearly got a hernia! Took me about 20 mins. to get it on the hitch!
