The employee pick up the phone and greeted me nicely and explained the whole process for dropping off the truck after 7:00 pm. She was very nice and well trained.

Ronald A.Hands down the worst location ever, no service, phone number doesn't work, when you call the phone number on the door it goes to a voice mail that isn't set up and you can't leave a message. Lock box located on the side of the building where no one can see it. you call this a uhaul place - I call it a shit hole parking lot with no service, next time i'm going Ryder at least they care about their customers.
