The pickup process needs improvement, I would have preferred to know in advance this location offered only mobile pickup. Rather than having to contact customer service to find this information and download the uhaul app in the parking lot of the pickup location. Also, it would be helpful to choose locations with decent cell service if the only option is mobile pickup. It took about 15 minutes to go through the mobile pickup process due to the app's slow load speeds. The UX on the app could also be improved upon; completing tasks such as uploading a driver's license should have the option to complete beforehand. I arrived on time for the scheduled 9:00am pickup but was not able to leave with a truck until 9:30 am due to the above.

Viviana CRequested to handle business at counter when ordered. The doors were locked and no one was even at this location. Thankfully a nice person helped me over the phone with uhual corporate to figure out how to get in the truck. I will never use this location again.
HUSTON EThere was dirt in the floor of the truck and we also found an old rubber glove.
ADAM KThis location is so much better than the tire store in Chatsworth. The lady is so friendly. We did have to attach the trailer ourselves, but I recommend this location.

Marc MThis location was WELL OUT of my area. Was supposed to be in Dalton, GA but was 25 minutes FARTHER in Chatsworth, GA. No phone call or anything. Only knew because I checked THE APP. Had no signal to check 8n. Had to call. Truck had an ant problem (I have video and pictures). Horrible experience and spent more than I should have on gas because of this ridiculous location.
