Mark GThis seemed to be an older trailer than others I have rented. The rails along the walls would not accommodate my bungee cords as they normally do -I couldn't strap items to prevent movement during travel, and the couple of metal rings along the floor weren't very helpful. There was also a lot of dirt on the floor inside the trailer when I picked it up.

Dan GThe cab of the U-Haul was leaking. Some of my boxes got wet. I did call Cherry Exxon to let her know, other than that it was no there problems. I did take pictures of where the 2 leaks were I will recommend anyone to go to Cheryl Exxon to react a U-Haul. She is Very friendly. Thx dear

JOSEPH GI had no issue with Cheryl's Exxon as far as my trailer rental. The only issue I had was with U-Hauls app that I could not do a check in with the trailer. It would not accept my photo verifying that it was clean inside on the U-Haul app.
