Joseph PGreat service, they are a multiple business, they are a film equipment rental company, I rented some stuff and trucks from them, they did a great job loading all the equipment into the truck for me and cleaned the truck very well.
Daniel LThey had moved to another address but it was not mentioned in the mobile app so we spent a lot of time to find the key drop box. We couldn't find the location so we left the truck in the parking lot near another uhaul truck and took the key with us. Then we have spent hours speaking with the help center and finding a solution. Even call center didn't know that they had moved. We called the branch and they told us that they have moved, and that the address mentioned was wrong. So we hav to drive again there to pass the key.
Anush VI’d prefer to have gone to the U-Haul center just 5 min away where I could have gotten the dolly and blankets I ordered, instead of making two trips.
