Person at location had the truck ready to go. Explained the pickup process. Facility was clean and offered variety of snacks and drinks. I haven't rented a U-Haul in over 22 years so the whole process was very new to me. I did have to buy my own lock, before they were included. Everything was within my pre-planned Budget.

Cigs4Less are not UHaul employees so I won't blame them for anything but I won't be using UHaul anymore. Speak up against the Nazis using your trucks. Do better,.

Tyler BI intentionally reserved a Uhaul truck at an actual Uhaul location and was transferred to this location (Cigs 4 Less). It was an actual liquor store, it smelled of smoke and they sold crack pipes at the counter. I was with my 4 year old son and this was unacceptable. I also reserved 2 utility dollies and they don't have the equiptment I rented. Furthermore, I ordered 2 packs (24) of blankets and I just received a bunch of unsealed, dirty blankets. This was very unprofessional and a terrible experience.
Angie RUpon unloading the u-haul van, it was determined to be infested with cockroaches, which invaded all of my boxes and property. The new residence will now have to be fumigated to rid it of the insects. It is an inconvenience.

Marlena PThe worker told me that I had to hook up the trailer myself since he did not want to be liable for it. I am not a young man, and the effort in lifting the enclosed 6x12 trailer is still affecting my back. I went back in and asked for assistance, at which point he did come out and help. I ended up driving it to another location where the gentlemen working were more than happy to check, and correct, the hookup.
Chris BI will not recommend u haul again, after the truck broke down, customer service did not keep me informed on when and how I would be continuing. l had to keep, calling and after my moving nightmare. The manager l spoke with to resolve my concerns has had, Two weeks and a few calls that I've initiated and as of this review nothing. I'm retired military and retired law enforcement so I don't usually write reviews but felt this one needed to be done.

David lThe business opened late, which made me late for my event. The truck was damaged but the company pictures showed no damage. As I tried to upload the damage pictures, the employee asked for my phone, then approved the contract before giving back the phone. I called U-haul & told them about the damage. I also took time-stamped pictures for proof. The inside was dirty & smelled strongly of cigarettes. I will use a different U-haul location next time.

MAURI SFrom the time I arrived to when I got on yhe road, it took overv3 hours. Afterv2 hours, check out was complete. I loaded the car on a trailer covered in dirt. Went strap the wheels down to find the straps had been cut by previous renter. Had to unload car and then go to another uhaul to get straps replaced.
Tim BVery nice people . Great customer service. Truck was clean, kind of felt like the tranny was slipping or something was off but worked and ran great other than that. The manual roll up windows wasn't the most convenient. I couldn't reach to roll the window up when I was on the freeway but no big deal. Would recommend.

George SDid not have enough moving blankets, wanted 36, only had 16. Truck pictures used for web pickup did not match condition of truck. Clerk at store said if I disputed pictures I could not have the truck. I took the truck because I needed it and it ran great. I explained the moving pad and truck pick up situation to him. He was very professional and apologized for my inconveniences.
Luis JOne wiper blade was missing, and the other was barely attached. I did not notice this until it began to rain on the trip. The window was also cracked, but that was marked. Not a great experience. I would probably explore other options before using U Haul again.
