LUIS AI am really upset about my rental. When I got my bill I thought it was too high… then I noticed that they charged me $60 for insurance. When I rented he did not ask me if I wanted insurance, and I forgot to make sure it was not added. I rent a great many products from Uhaul… and never, ever take the insurance because I pay for premium insurance through AAA. I have never had a problem with Uhaul before this incident. However, If possible I will never rent from this location again.
LARRY DI did not ask nor authorize that person (I don't recall his name but he is the owner of that business) to add the $45 Safe Move insurance. I called him a short time later and he seemed bothered that I noticed he secretly added the $45. He says he will refund the amount. 7 days later and no refund. I just now called UHaul toll free number and they immediately started the refund process. I was not going to resort to having to remind that person that he either forgot to refund me or did not want to actually do it. Ridiculous and unprofessional
ERIC RI would kindly recommend to all who need to move or just looking to move something big. They are very professional and have excellent customer service and are patient.
