Michael HI wasn't used to driving a 26 foot box truck, it took me awhile to get used to it, it was a rough ride on these Alabama county roads but it got the job done 👍

anthony gThe location wasn't a typical location it was at someone home in their yard. The truck was not cleaned from previous person there were chip bags Takis and looked like spilled drink the person put an incorrect gas amount on the form did not come out to check the gas took personal calls while renting the truck out. The truck has some alignment issues as well as squeaking breaks which started in the rain
Markeya PThere is no cell service so it took hours to get checked on the app. Had to call multiple times and be on hold for 20 min at a time multiple times only for the call to drop and not receive a call back. The owner finally came out at 9:45 and got us checked out. But it was very inconvenient at the time it took to pick up the truck. We arrive around 7pm at the location and didn't leave with the truck until almost 10 pm.
