People in Montana are just nice - period. But Trista is way above and beyond. She knows her stuff even when the computers are down. And her cheerful enthusiasm at the end of a grueling move was uplifting.

FELIPE MNot Clark Fork Storages problem, but I was able to make it with 2 days to spare on my reservation. I was unable to get any of my money back even through I dropped off my Uhaul 2 days early. I think that's a bit of a weird one.

BARRY BCustomer service at this location was excellent from start to finish. I left a message and received a call back quickly, and was given plenty of help and information so I could decide which size truck to rent. The representative was friendly, patient, and thorough in reviewing information when I picked up the rental, as well as when I returned it later. The cost was explained well and matched what was quoted to me as an estimate in advance. I had a great experience renting from this location.

KEVIN BI returned the trailer after hours. The app (on android) didn't allow me to take pictures of the trailer. Clicking on the + button to take an image did nothing, repeatedly. Otherwise the app did great.

Karen BOverall the service was friendly and she made getting the UHaul quick and easy. The one thing that was not good is that the tire was bald and showing the belt. I didn't think of it at the time when we were looking at the overall shape of the trailer before accepting it, but I certainly wish she or we had thought to look over the tires. The other thing was there were leaves and other debris inside.

Ed PI rent equipment monthly if not more often and I appreciate the people here much more than the main location, there is less wait and the people here are much nicer and doesn't make you feel hurried. I plan on using this location as long as they rent the equipment

However, having been now a customer, now four times at this very same location, I would say that alone should speak volumes of my satisfaction for service, equipment rented, and the professionalism of the office staff.
