Honestly, I rate the whole experience "excellent". The gentleman who handle the transaction was friendly, yet professional. It was seamless and easy to rent a truck from UHaul!!

JOSHUA DNot happy they charged me a fuel fee when i put more fuel in it than it had before i got it tho. I did the math n have the receipts but no one called me back when i called customer service.

George DI was rented out a truck that had a brake booster, and left us stranded for over 3 hrs for a mechanic to come and access the issue. You can't ever ahold of this branch for anything. Worst experience I have ever had with uhaul!
Amanda HMy whole reservation was messed up by Frazier Tire. They did not honor the uhaul guarantee. They called me after hours to notify me that they didn't have my 20' truck. I had to go to a different location and HAD to get a 26' truck $50 should have been applied to my total for NOT upholding the reservation.

maria mThis was a drop off. Nobody was in the office. Followed the simple instructions to drop truck off. No issues doing so. I chose Not Applicable for the question if the personnel was helpful bc I did not deal with any personal. Nobody was there .. but it keeps saying I have to choose an option for it. Why give the Not Applicable option if you can't use it?

Smtih EVery simple and easy drop off location. Truck inspection was done after I left the location, so I was not there to verify correct information was logged, but I did receive an email receipt later in the day that verified all the proper information about my return.
