The location only had a drop box and the business did not know where it was. Very difficult to find a very small box that was located on a fence at the entrance.
GEORGE AThe absolute worst customer service I have ever received, messed my order up 3 separate time, didn't recieve the truck I ordered and they knew I was traveling to Qualicum beach Vancouver island and I gave them the address of drop off but they put it as round trip and charged me an extra 1075 dollars. I clearly stated multiple times I was going to that exact location and I called the manager wondering what the heck and he called me a lair over the phone and won't issue a refund for your guys mistake. I actually can't believe I have been treated this way I have used U-Haul before and never had a problem till this location. No im out 1075 dollars and can't get ahold of the branch manager all this week and he won't call me back

VLADISLAV TThe guy was not there when we were told he would be there was no instructions left or a number to call, we had to track down a worker and ask for help locating his phone number to get in contact with him and when we called he was rude over the phone.
