Pick up experience was straight forward. Locks at key box are rusty, definitely could use some oil. I had to pry it open. Issue was the box latch had a code. The code wasn't posted anywhere on my email. It was Sunday so no staff. I had to wait over 30 minutes and use a few codes and it finally worked. Big pain but glad it worked out.

Simon Wlocation (Clear Lake Storage) I ordered truck from had no appliance dollies, but i was given one for free at the Webster location because i had to wait 10 minutes. I returned it later that day with no documentation.
