The young lady at the front was excellent and so helpful!!! The trailer itself had seen better days and wasn't in great shape but it's not the dealers fault. I would absolutely recommend this dealer for fast and friendly service!!
CLYDE DThis UHaul dealer's service on Community Road in Brunswick, GA is beyond excellent! We had to change our reservation at the last moment, and we were promised a trailer. That trailer did not materialize, but the dealer found a trailer for us in another town, and delivered it to his dealership in time for us to pick up on schedule. He communicated with us and kept us apprised of the circumstances! This type of service is not available in today's market very often. I would certainly recommend this dealer for anyone! He certainly cares about his customer.

Carey kThe drop-off site need to have a man present for the heavy duty work. The lady at the site had a slight problem docking the trailer to the ground. For liability purposes customer are not allowed to handle this function.

Tommy AI was charged for 3 days instead of 2. I returned the equipment within 48 hours. My debit card was charged twice. I was also charged more than I was quoted for Safe Tow. The first place I had a reservation at had defective equipment. The lights did not work. I made it clear I would only need the tow dolly for 2days. The live chat said it would take 3 days for a "resolution ". I think this is poor service. I am not happy. Only time will tell if I get my money back.
