the staff was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. Return was easy as all I had to do was drop my key in the door. My experience was easy and pleasant!

The U-Haul self check in was difficult and intrusive. I will not use u haul again the return process(in person) was much better.

Carey kThe drop-off site need to have a man present for the heavy duty work. The lady at the site had a slight problem docking the trailer to the ground. For liability purposes customer are not allowed to handle this function.
