This is my favorite drop off location. I cannot recommend them more highly. Their staff is. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and fast.

Just a bad experience overall with Uhaul...received a bill for cleaning fee and fuel fee. I have pics to show the fuel was returned the same amount. Just not ethical.

The trailer has a bad tire and was a very very rough ride.But the location and the employees was top notch. They did have it repaired once I returned the trailer.

I didn't like the fact they took no pictures before I checked out. The ratchet and material that goes inside was jammed, and the hook for the chains was broken and fell out while driving.

Train your staff to communicate contracts better and have equipment prepared for the customer, it shouldn’t be on us to fuel vehicles that are nearly empty.

A pleasant experience with this rental location. It was, however, the 3rd attempt to rent a truck. The first 2 attempts at different locations were well below expectations. Harrison rd in Macon needs to be closed as a uhaul location. And Shurling Dr. location in Macon did not have the equipment they said they had.

I was charged for something that I was informed of and a receipt was not provided at the time of the rental and when I returned the truck the receipt was not made available at the time either. Tell the service provider to explain all charges that are being applied for the rental. Also, make receipts available at the time of the rental so customers can respond within the 30 minute window if any charges are to be disputed.

Small town, don't expect big city timeline. It's perfect for the spot it's in. Clint is awesome. There is one person and one computer with local Campers coming in and asking for Radom things they forgot at home. With that being said, Clint was able to help 7 people at one time while still checking out my Uhaul with a smile.

U tell me new employee didn't no what she was doing had to call boss to get me out of there took along time put me over my return time charged me a extra day becsuse of that call her to get it taking off she gave me the oner9number he didn't answer the phone call y'all was on wait 30min for y'all to share the phone just a big o mess

UHaul changed our pickup location last minute. This was not expected with and thank goodness we looked at our text. Nothing in email changed the pickup location! It was 15 miles further North.

The owner needs some classes on how to use the computer to book a uhaul. They were very friendly though

It took 47 minutes to rent the stinking truck. The girl couldn't get the tablet to work and kept mumbling that they had been told to use it by Uhaul. She also kept serving customers as they came in delaying even longer. If she had checked us in in 10 minutes we would have had the van back by 6 closing. As a result I was charged 2 days rental and 2 days insurance for 5,5 hours use. I demand a partial refund. Leon Allen 478 538 4108

The rental was easy and the customer service representatives on both ends of departure and destination were very curtious and understanding of my needs. Big thanks to U-haul for making the move go exactly as planned.

The lady at the counter was pleasant, but not as well versed on the system, as one would need to be to run the rental station without a little assistance. Professional and friendly, she made it happen. In the future they should leave her the number to traffic so they can walk her through the process.

The rep didn't even come out and walk the trailer with us, but signed that it was all good. She was very rude. I left with no lights on the trailer, she said not her responsibility to have long enough cord. It was a hardware store & she didn't even offer to sell us one!! Partly our fault but one of the tires we noticed after being on the interstate had cords showing so we prayed the rest of our 400 mile trip!! Won't be renting U-Haul again. Too many other companies that care about their customers and their safety
