Douglas WI Had to search for the box with the car key, I was given the wrong code for the lock, the truck reeked of smoke smells and had trash in it as if someone was living in there. I couldn't get inside the truck until the next day at 12:10 am . Had to extend the trip for another day and was told by the representative there would be no charge b Only went 17 miles but was charged 94 and change. Was also told I would get 50$ compensation because of the uhaul guarentee but never got it . Will never use this company again. I demand to speak with manager about this.
Gabriel GIt's a minor point but a full tank of gas would be great.
