Nobody at location in the middle of the day. Had to use drop-box to return vehicle. Charged me later as late return. Now have to go through hassle to get refund due to their ineptness

Due to the poor communication between U-Haul and the owner of the site this was a poor experience. The owner was very kind and helped us out more than uhaul. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get the uhaul because the app wasn't working. The car needs maintenance fixes such as better breaks and a new timing belt. The interior already had dust and whatnot all over the inside and plenty of scratches on the plastic trim.

No person available, App checkin only, specify this online. WD-40 the locks on the key lockboxes because they were hard to move the dials. Let customers know, they have to park their personal vehicle somewhere else or get dropped off.

The only thing I can point out for the next customer is there is an actual Uhaul return box if you are returning a truck and dropping the key after hours. I put the key in the wrong drop box, but I got ahold of Mrs. Lisa Boyer and explained to her what I have done and she was very helpful, professional, and took care of my issue! Thank you Mrs. Boyer and the Uhaul team!

Was in a sketchy neighborhood and while the website says they would be open til 6pm and we didn't have to return until today, we worked hard to get truck emptied and returned. We returned to location and no one was there. We reluctantly(after taking several pictures) dropped keys off in the outside box(after calling location we rented it from and they said just go ahead and put in the box if no one there). Called the 800gouhaul and informed them it was dropped off and in a very sketchy neighborhood. Feared it would get stolen or the gas stole out of it. Our movers showed up late and we had truck 95 % loaded and then still had to pay them. Worse uhaul experience ever had!!
