Had a trailer reserved for one way. Went to get trailer and people in store could barely speak english. Told me i had to do registration online. Called u haul customer service approx 6 times n got disconnected. After an hour of trying i canceled reservation there and went to Mazomanie Wis Hardware store. Gentleman in there registered me within 5 min. Came outside and helped hook trailer up to truck. Was on my way within 15 min. I wanted a one way rental. Thats why i went to cobb. Unfortunately. There customer service there sucks. Ended up paying 40 some dollars extra just so i can move some items. Took trailer back to cobb gas station where i started dropped it off. They wouldnt sign off on trailer. So had to call customer service again. They had called regional manager to get me signed off trailer .STAY AWAY FROM COBB, wis uHAuL. worst service

Richard HThe people couldn't speak English at Cobb food Mart. Very unhelpful. The check in process the service there isn't good at all and I had to call the number to get things squared away.
