Bill C | Expérience généraleThe only issue I had was that somehow someone changed my drop off location from Cutbank MT to Shelby MT which are 27 miles apart. I'm still not sure how that happened. However will trying to get that straightened out with customer service over the phone, the lady told me to hang on a minute then she disconnected the call. I called back a few hours later to make sure everything was squared away, which it was but she never told me that. Other than that everything went perfectly.
Robert HI got charged $800+ dollars because I dropped it off at a different location. Not once was I told anything about getting a charge like that nor did I read nor sign anything but now I got my "receipt" stating that's what I owe.
ALEXIS NDavid was very cordial as well as professional. He has helpful knowledge of the U-Haul system and advised me accordingly.

You don't find a positive attitude like that at ANY U-Haul establishments. Such a friendly reception and extra help. Highly recommend based solely on the customer service. Give this man a raise, we walked away feeling better about ourselves and this world.

SUNNY VI have had a storage unit here for about 7 years. Last month I went to get my snow tires to switch out on my truck and my key wouldn't work in the lock. Management told me that somebody had attempted to break into my unit and they put a new hasp and their lock on it. When I retrieve their key to open my unit instead of Six Tires for box truck and a set of four tires and rims for an F-250 we're missing. Needless to say I moved to a more secure facility.

THOIMAS WNothing.....and I just want to tell the corporate boys and girls that if all U-Haul service representatives took care of their customers the way "DAVE" did at THIS LOCATION..........you'd have NO COMPETITION. HE was EXEMPLARY in his oversight and help with getting us ready to "pull out" of the U-Haul location in Columbia Falls with our 15' U-Haul truck and our Auto Trailer loaded up with my Nissan Pickup truck. He helped us strap it down and made sure we were "SAFE" before leaving!! I had to wrestle him to leave him a tip in his coat pocket! Give him more money! He deserves it! Merry Christmas!
Gary BI moved into this storage facility about a year ago. I had a pleasant experience until a few days ago. I got to my storage unit and there was a different lock on it. After going to the front desk, the man told me that there wasn't a lock on it so he put one on. After opening my unit, we found that it had been broken into, completely trashed and several of my belongings were missing. This happened to multiple units at the same time. After asking why he didn't call, when he noticed my lock had obviously been cut off, he couldn't give an answer. If several units, all of a sudden were missing their locks, wouldn't you wonder why or call the police and report it? Even after seeing the state of my unit, he still never called the other tenants that got their unit broken into to let them know. He acted like he could care less. No apologies or explanations whatsoever. When asked about cameras, he said they have cameras but the image on them are blurry and didn't offer to look at the recordings. This place has zero security or care for their renters. I would look elsewhere for a storage facility.

And on top of that, the city where I picked it up from (Columbia Falls) charges a sales tax (whereas, Kalispell area would not). But….. I got the chance to meet Dave Dortch - the on-site manager. What a wonderful person and very helpful and knowledgeable

The person I talked with was so very kind and helpful in solving the problem. I had just parked the trailer and was approaching the office when the owner came out to meet me. He was very friendly, unhooked the trailer in minutes and spent time visiting with me. Great!!! U Haul should be very pleased to have such an operation like this site.

The woman called me back to confirm the trailer was received and agreement closed. I appreciated the confirmation call.
