kenneth bIf a truck comes long distance, you should service it before you send it back out. I had to wait for it to be checked in and cleaned. Then the oil light kept coming on and buzzing

MARYJANE CTrucks are in great condition. This location always has the truck size i need. I always go to Rueben Bell Drive in Matamoras,Pennsylvania.

Ray HYour phone App SUCKS! Absolutely useless. My first truck reserved for a week was not available after driving 3 hours to the location at Js Mobil in Port Jervis. Very DISGUSTED
Gregory DOverall this storage facility has predatory fees and tactics and will stick you every opportunity they get. Their goal is to take your belongings as fast as possible. If you're late on even one payment, good luck getting your belongings as the fees are so high and they don't accept ANY form of partial payments. I've never heard of a facility that won't accept money from a patron. I've used storage facilities for over 13 years and never had as many issues as a whole, as I have in the past year with this one. I notified the office one week in advance of our intent to move out. They then notified the office where our belongings were located. The day before our move out, they tacked on an additional hundred dollar fee. Do you think that's a coincidence? The only nice person here is Michelle, at the front desk, and you can tell she even feels bad helping the business to rob people of their valuables. The facility only has two rows of outdoor storage units and at least 6 doors or more on the inside rows only, were locked out with the facilities red locks (due to late payments and their astronomical fees, I can imagine). I would not recommend this facility to anyone else who may be looking.

AUTUMN Pmy truck was changed to a size that cannot fit in my driveway, no one informed me of this. By the grace of Jesus the size I wanted was at the location, but not checked in as of yet. They had to redo my entire reservation. PLUS, I keep having my pick up locations changed and have to put extra miles on to my already expensive move. Uhaul must hear constant complaints about the mileage. What happened to unlimited miles, or at least going half w/the customers? I was promised extra miles for the last minute changes, but I dont see it reflected this is now twice.
Michael LThe furniture is I added in were terrible smelling and smelled of mold, mildew and the personnel at my drop off location described as "smells like rotting radishes". They were also wet, so I'm thinking the bag was not secured and it was rained on. Not a huge deal, I was refunded immediately and everyone was very nice, professional and most of all, polite. It's nice to be respected !

I did mention this to an associate who said they would call the owner to move it over. It was never moved. Otherwise I was satisfied with storing my RV there. Close. Convenient, affordable, accessible. I will use this facility again in the future if needed
