Picking up vehicle was Good. Dropping off & checking out Bad. No Receipt available. Still no email of Receipt. No proof given vehicle was dropped back off! Still waiting...

Jeremy RI filled out the on line order form to include 12 blankets and a furniture dolly. At pick I'm told we don't have any extra equipment, just the truck, I was told UHaul always does this! I had to go out of my way to another dealer to to pick up the blankets and dolly I needed. I don't blame the local dealer I blame UHaul corporate for scamming people online. UHaul needs to reimburse me for forced unnecessary mileage and wasted fuel!
