Gwendolyn MDidn't have a good experience. The truck was dirty upon pick up. There wasn't any gas as well. Had to get gas immediately before starting my move.
Jennifer CHad an horrible experience but it's was cleaned up by DC saying I would get $50 credit because it went bad. Spoke to someone the next day and they still charged me the full amount
Daniel HI was charged for furniture pads but there no pads at the store. My order also included a utility dolly, which I didn't order but was included on the bill. I rented mobile so when I completed my order I couldn't get any bill adjustment.

MARCUS PThe service desk agent did not go over any protocols or any instructions before pulling off. Apparently I was supposed to verify mileage before driving off via text message, but that was not explained to me. I was charged over $100 worth of fees but I can't verify the starting mileage because I do not have any paperwork from when I picked up the truck. The desk agent called her supervisor and he was on speaker when he told her that it is not their job to tell me that there are further instructions that comes in via text. I completely understand valid charges, but there wasn't any professionalism when it came to properly explaining the process at the time of pick up. Will not ever use the Uhaul service at this location.

RANDALL SThe uhaul was dirty and cigarette ashes and butts all over the floor and cup holders . It smelled terrible. I asked the guy at the location for cleaning supplies or if he can clean it and he said no uhaul doesn't provide anything for him.

WAYNE GI was 30 minutes late for the pickup due to an unforeseen event earlier. It became a Truckshare, a term that I don't know what it is. I couldn't understand what the site operator was saying. This place is closest to home but won't use it again. Bad staff. Will use Altamere or AltaMesa sites, which are excellent in Fort Worth.
Vincent LVery reasonable cost, and close location for me. Vehicle worked as advertised with no issues. Didn't know I had to use the Uhaul website to make the reservation, but when it came time to do so, the website was easy to navigate, and was thorough. :-)

KIMBERLY AYoung Dude was Awesome!!! Not like those clowns over on Altamesa...months ago I called and asked what was the difference in price between a 12' or 15' Van. The Guy on the phone refused to tell me...the picture is hanging up on the Wall. Instead he demanded that I tell him how many rooms "the system won't let me..." that's Bull!! Bottom line I will only go to 8500 Hulen!!!

Montoya MNo furniture pads available which totally screwed up my move. I had moving helpers standing by and not happy to drive all over town on a sunday to get furniture pads at different location. This is unacceptable and I will not rent there again
Teddy HI went into the location a couple of times before renting the vehicle to buy boxes and ask about the rental. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great overall experience. They made this process too easy!

Kelly SWe rented a 10ft truck and the sales rep indicated the vehicle was full and we needed to return it full. Upon leaving the facility, we noticed it was not on full. We drove it 15 miles exactly. We filled it up at the station across the street and it took 7,45 gallons to fill it up. We reported it to the sales rep and she argued for 5 minutes that it was full when we took it. I asked how we could put 7,5 gallons in it across the street and only drive it 15 miles. The math did not add up. She would only say she had pictures of when it was turned it last. She shoved the paperwork out to me and told me to leave. I would recommend to take your own pictures of everything before leaving the facility because you too could end up with 2 miles to the gallon charges.
Chris GCustomer service via telephone was the WORST and caused me time, money and driving. Spoke with a representative that misled me into changing my trip to one way which cost more instead of staying roundtrip (like I had already chosen ) so because of that my experience outside of the actual location personal was all bad.
William DOriginally rented a 10' truck only to find out it doesn't have a ramp. Anything with a 3' step up should have a ramp. With no issues I was able to return the truck and get a 15' with a ramp. The truck had over 120K miles on it and the steering was sloppy but it did get me where I needed to go. Would not have wanted to use this truck for a long haul. The Compass Storage employee was very courteous and helpful. Would rent from them again.
