Both of the office workers have been so helpful each time I have used this service. I will definitely be using them in the future. They have been so patient and nice. Also, when I had trouble returning my truck after hours the woman in the phone was an absolute delight. She patiently srayed on the phone with me through the entire process. Everyone I have encountered in person and on the phone has excellent customer service skills. I work in customer service and I am very impressed with your team members. Well done!
JENNIFER WTruck should have been more thoroughly cleaned. The mobile pickup option did not work smoothly. I made the rental to use the mobile option so I can just pick the truck up and not have to go inside, however, the digital process did not work and ended up having to waste extra time going inside anyway

MICHELLE WProbably the oldest and most run down uhaul I have used. Headliner beginning to come down, engine gave off a ell of burning oil, creaked alarmingly. Not the locations fault they helped me and I rent from there often
Eric GMy experience with this U-Haul location was extremely disappointing. I had scheduled an in-person pickup, but upon arrival, the office was locked with no staff present. After contacting U-Haul customer service, I was directed to a lockbox to retrieve keys for an alternate vehicle; however, no keys were available. When I located the truck assigned to me, it was filled with trash, smelled strongly of smoke, and was missing the additional items I had reserved and paid for. An employee eventually arrived 45 minutes late and made no effort to apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience caused, despite my reservation specifically indicating an in-person pickup. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I am very disappointed with both U-Haul and this location's level of service.

ANGELA MI rented a cargo van from this location because it was closer to my home. The customer service at this location was great but the van was absolutely filthy!!! It was the only one left and I didn't have time to address the issue with the ladies at the desk. There was two half consumed water bottles and a tube of arthitis cream in the cup holder. The entire cab from the steering wheel, start button, instrument panel, seatbelt and floor was sticky and dirty. I wiped down most contact areas twice with disinfectant. wipes but it still had a layer of dirt and grime. They obviously do not inspect or clean the rentals. I will not rent from this location again.I will continue to rent from the main U-Haul location where they maintain their equipment.

deborah bPicked up at 10 am and said we would return at 6 pm. The location closes at 6 pm so she said if it was later than that to put keys in drop box and check out online. I did that. We were about one hour late because of heavy traffic so returned it at 7 pm. I called and they said that was no problem. Then when I got the final bill, I was charged an extra 24 hour period and another "safe move" charge. I think that is a bit excessive since I didn't keep the vehicle another day. Not great customer service. I could understand if it was the next day but we are talking about one hour and the place was closed …not like they lost business!

Thomas HTruck felt like it was going to fall apart. The lady didn't do post check of the truck nor did a pre check with me. Left the gas where it was when I got the truck. And still was charged 8$ for 2 gallons of gas. I refilled the truck with 5 gallons of gas and only went 12 miles… I guess it gets 2 miles a gallon..? Unheard of.
Joshua RI turned my rental into the office putting the keys directly into the agent/representative's hand and i was charged an after hour return fee. When I called the office regarding this fee, the agent denied that I put the key in her hand basically calling me a liar. They then pulled the camera footage and saw that i actually came into the office and returned the keys. I received an apology from the person that pulled the cameras footage but not from the person that actually took the keys and called me a liar. If they can lie ab out something that basic, I'm not sure I will refer anyone to them.
Sharon DShe was waiting on another customer and said I could leave the key with her and she thanked me for blowing the dirt out of the back of the truck. I left the key and when she closed out the ticket dinged me for two gallons of gas for $10,92 total. I was extremely upset about that as I was very careful to fill the tank back to the level it was when I picked up the truck. Overall, it was a less than satisfactory experience on both ends of the trip. Plus, I had to settle for a regular hand truck when I paid for an appliance dolly.

Gerald SValentyna at this location was very helpful! The Dodge vans are much better than the Fords. I rent Cargo vans about once per month. I will go to this location to get thr dodge each time.
Lorin Gwhen i picked up truck the engine light was on before the lady at desk gave me truck she was already aware that the engine light was on but still rented the truck to customer, when i went outside i saw light was on, she never mentioned that light was on dash board, i informed her this and she said i akready know but never told customer, i think all equipment shoukd be fixed before renting to customer. thats my only complaint.

EGBEMBAH OThere was little interaction with this location. This whole experience was a disaster. Supplies did not arrive via FedEx until after 1800 on the day of the move and follies never did arrive. This required physically moving box by box and was exhausting and took two to three times longer than it should have. Recommend all supplies be on the truck at time of rental. I was extremely disappointed in the service and honestly will proudly not recommend U-Haul for moving.
ANDREW WI was never told I would be charge a fee and was charged $20 for not filling out a check out when I was told just drop the key and it would be done in the morning, so beware there very expensive

Dana HThe truck was very beat up, inside and out. The steering wheel plastic exterior is disintegrating and pieces came off on my hands. The AC blew HOT air the whole time we had the truck, even with the controls in the off position. As it was mid-90s yesterday, it made for a pretty miserable rental. Cracked driver seat, paint peeling off the floor in the cargo area. REEKED of marijuana when I opened it up at the facility to get into it. A bag of chips had been left in it from a previous rental. You should be ashamed of the condition of this vehicle.

Dorsey KI was initially upset that Alpha Omega, Dallas, GA did not have a Cargo Van available as they are only 1,5 miles from my home in Dallas, GA. I usually deal with Molly (who is a definite Keeper), but she was off the day I called. But Jan immediately found me a Van at Compass Self Storage in Hiram, GA, 8,5 miles further away. I was very pleased with Tom Rauscher, General Manager, who waited on me. He is very knowledgeable, informed me of items I was not aware of, and was a pleasure to meet. He saved me money, which always makes me happy, especially with having to travel extra miles to get the Van. Thank you U-Haul for employing special People like Molly and Tom.
