MARY RMy original reservation was at Delco Plaza, 1186 State Hwy 95, Bastrop TX. I showed up at 11:00 am when the store was supposed to be open. I waited 30 minutes and it did not open. I saw the U-Haul truck there. I noticed the back of it was open, there was someone sleeping in there. I called U-Haul and you moved the reservation to the new location five miles away. Delco was a terrible experience and delayed my day and messed up my moving plans considerably.

APRIL PThey were fine.
Doug BI rented a uhaul on Feb 17th for a move to Grand Prairie and retuned the truck on February 18th back to this location as agreed on my contract. I paid for the haul $320 on the 17th. Now they are trying to charge my card on file again for the same amount.
Christopher LVic was awesome! He helped hook everything up. Helped tie everything down. Great conversation and made it breeze to drop back off. Will definitely be using him again.

Christopher VI don't know if it was clean and inviting or personnel helpful as no one was there. I used the drop box. Even though the truck was returned with the same amount of gas as at pick up, I was charged for more gas. Using the drop box, I got no chance to dispute the gas level.
LAWRENCE CI rented a u-haul 20 ft. truck for a one way move. Everything was as planned. Truck was available and waiting for me at my reservation time. I was able to return it to a location only 4 miles from my destination. Only took about 5 minutes.

Peter WI was not happy since you changed pickup locations and made me start later in the day. It was not good business to book me at the location that opened an hour earlier on Wednesday and on Friday you abruptly changed it to a different location and pickup time was 1 hour later in the day. That's not good business.

Walter CNo one was at the location when I arrived, so I called. The lady answering said that if I knew how to hitch a trailer to my truck, just take the one that was there. There was only one there and it was smaller than what I rented.

TAWANNA JThis was not where I originally reserved my trailer. I was given the "run around" by U-Haul dispatch and the Austin U-Haul locations when they could not honor my original reservation. Driving 30 additional miles to pick up the trailer I reserved a week in advance was frustrating.
William KI was pleased with equipment but I was charged for 6 extra days on truck, trailer and insurance. I was told by representative that he gave me an extra day so I had 6 days but found out I was charged an added 6 days. I did not need those days and was returned in time of what was originally requested. Please address this issue if possible. Thank you. I have already referred this location for my parents to use on their soon Uhaul rental even though I was charged extra.
Scott ATell the next customer to use a different agent. I did NOT have a no-contact pickup and the agent was MIA. I called the help line who could only say "they should be there," while the business was locked up and closed." I called the the business who was renting it out and the agent told me "my employee just stepped out but the keys are under the mat." Whatever, I'm not upset about it besides standing the the sun for a bit while I wait. I pickup the truck and drive to my storage unit, open the back and NONE of the equipment I rented was there. I call the agent and tell him and he says "oh yeah we had someone rent it earlier, so we were out. I refunded your money." Which would be fine except I have to MOVE A WHOLE APARTMENT now without any dolleys or moving blankets. No apologies, no prior notice, no attempt at locating replacements. I spend the next hour getting transferred around Uhaul support while I go buy a dolley and moving blankets ($130) to finally get someone who can only tell me the best they can do is a $50 reimbursement. I wish u haul would drop this person as an agent, he sucks.

Jonathan REasy enough. Ordered online the evening before needing, late change of work schedule. Pick up was quick and painless. Truck was clean and in good condition. Truck drove fine and everything worked as it should. Very flexible with schedule and asked for me to call should I run late - which I did. Return was as easy as drive in the lot, drop key in box. Eric RI got to the location to pick up the car hauler at the appointed time and nobody was there. I called the number and a guy said to hook up the trailer and send him pictures of the hitch and pictures of the trailer. Upon return, again nobody there. So, I called again and the guy said he would send me the receipt. There were no instructions to contact anyone or how to hook up the trailer - nothing. Because, I was experienced with trailers, I figured it out. What does a novice do without any instructions or people there to help?
William HThe UHaul experience was easy and fast. The truck was clean and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this location. Also the people were very friendly and nice.
