The van was really dirty , looks like no one washed it for a while. The windows were all dirty. Probably because of the dried up salts from the roads.

Vehical door is damage and air coming from door edge and heavy fuel consumption due to air coming in cabin

Because as soon as we got our cargo Van and got on the highway its infotainment system totally stopped working. With malfunctioning infotainment system it's back up camera stopped working too. That was my first time I drove that vehicle ever. It was disaster driving it without backup camera. I reported to the roadside assistance they didn't do anything. I reported to the location they didn't do anything. I called U-Haul manager on lacation's recommendation and left voice mail and didn't hear back from manager until now. Anyway I returned the Van which I could have kept for my entire period of rental.

The U-Haul was given to us with garbage throughout the back. We had to clean it out before we were able to use it and place our items in it. We requested two dollies and 12 moving blankets and didn't receive any of them very disappointed.

Charged me for DOUBLE the kilometers I actually drove. TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR KMS BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR RENTAL - UHAUL LOVES TO COMMIT FRAUD.

Please note that I have been charged for fuel, though I fueled the vehicle before I handed ot over. I took a picture of the gauge before I started my trip and I fueled the vehicle to the same level. So, I kindly request you to refund me the extra amount ($14,38 + tax) you charged me for fuel. Thanks
