DARRIN DIt cost me 200 to rent a truck from Louisa to get my stuff out of storage. My storage was in Louisa a few miles from U-Haul and just taking it to fort Gay wv just over River from Louisa Ky. I rented the biggest truck U-Haul has Wm from Huntington wv and had to go to Crum wv and take to storage in Louisa ky. Which from Huntington to Crum is 60 one way from Crum to Louisa is around 40 miles one way we made about 4 trips from Crum to Louisa then went back to Crum and back to Huntington we had truck for 2 days and it was under 100 dollars. The truck cost more and had for 2 days and it was under 100 Louisa outages. Oh owners is never there this is the second time they over charged me. And charged me for safe something but I did not request it I said no thanks on everything. That another reason I hate doing things online and over the phone. Oh I did not sign contracts some one illegal signed my name to contact.
DeeDee WHe wasn't there when I dropped the truck off. I added more gas in the truck than it had when picked up. I was upset seeing I went over 1 mile and I was charged for it seeing the truck had more gas in it than required

Billy OI was charged a "quoted price" of 2 days use and 450 miles. Then after returning the truck after 1 day and approximately 250 miles I was told I would still be charged the full quoted price and no refunds were given for unused miles. If this is the case then it shouldn't be called a "quoted" price and customers should not be led to believe they can get money back if they don't need the truck as long as they anticipated. The worker was rude and not at all helpful. After this experience I will never use u-haul again.
Andrew MNo issues picking up the truck, equipment was as expected, instructions fully explained. After getting on the trip, the check engine light came on but was able finish the trip with no engine issues.

Michael HDon't over rate your mileage like we did. We only use it for 8 miles and my wife said it would be fifty miles. Costing an extra 42$. Lol

CLAYTON STruck wouldn't go faster than 75 mph which caused me to get stuck with a big rig next to me on a downhill and a truck behind me with a slow hauler also next to me and I couldn't get out of their way. It was very frightening and I'm so grateful there wasn't an accident

mitchell DIt was closed when we got there but the address led us to the middle of a neighborhood a couple miles away. It was hard to find. My husband dropped off another trailer the other day and said it was the sketchy uhaul he's ever seen

Joseph WFirst he gave the 26' truck I had reserved away right before I came. Admitted he made a mistake and told me he would give me the 20' truck and a 6x12 trailer for the same price. Then after I returned everything the same day, he charged me an extra $60 for the trailer
