Your computer system failed. 2 hours before my pick up time your contractor called to say I could not get a truck. And the night before I did not get a confirmation phone call as promised. You let me down, again!! You are completely unreliable as a company!

CHris LKarmen was excellent to deal with. The ball size on my vehicle was too big and I thought I wouldn't be able to get the trailer. Karmen went and got a draw bar that worked and I was on my way. Great experience and the price was more than reasonable. Don

Sean Cthe employee was very kind and helpful. she helped me hook up the trailer and was quick and polite even though it was very busy when i arrived. the trailer i picked up was ok, it worked alright but the ratchet straps were totally seized with rust so it took a bit of lube and force to free them up. overall good experience!

JACOB VAs always, friendly and easy people to deal with. Smooth pick up and drop off off equipment too. I have used a few different U Haul dealers and this one in Errington is by far the best in my opinion.

amber nThe Shearme Road location in Coombs, BC is the friendliest location in the mid-island. The staff is the best; she's had my back through storage and U-Haul rental over the past six months as my entire family leaves a property we've been on 35 years. Today a flat tire on a friend's truck left me without a final moving day vehicle at the last minute. I had a truck from Shearme Road within an hour. It was great and relieved so much stress

DAVID RI had clearly made a reservation for the 4x7 utility trailer last night (and have the original documentation and screenshot saying so). When I showed up today, I was told I had rented a 4x8 cargo trailer!! This had a big impact on what we were trying to do today and we had to reshuffle plans. Had I known that I had not be getting the open trailer, I would not have booked. Sadly, the customer service rep kept insisting that this was the reservation I made and made it seem like it was me who messed up, not the company. It made for a very uncomfortable, unpleasant experience.

Tammy RThe rental location and staff were amazing. The BOOKING system was frustrating and the person/people who take the booking at the start have no clue about what's available to them to book and so need to send to a "central" booking person who had NO idea about how far it was from one place to another - I clearly said where I was located - and where I needed to go and was almost forced to take a truck from an area which was no where near me - like they were trying g to award a job to a place that was not very busy - with o regard for my needs - it took 3 separate attempts to get my booking straight and to use a location that was not my first choice. In the end where we picked up/dropped off worked out and the girl was awesome . The poor truck sounded like it was running rough (tune up required maybe?) and it would be a good question to ask if the truck would be going into the B.C. ferry as this changes the ferry cost - as the vans are considered commercial vehicles - otherwise - thanks!

Renier SDropping off the trailer was the only time I received actual customer service. The situation was explained and resources were offered. Shame there aren't more people like the girl working there in your staff.

Frank DI have dealt with the Shearme Road location a few times now and each time the whole pick up and drop off went super amooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful and easy to deal with. This time I needed a tow dolly to get a broken down car home. The dolly looked to be in close to new condition was easy to hook up, tow with and had no problems while I had it my use. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
