HEBERTO DI was told that I'd be reimbursed fifty dollars due to my rental not being ready and available at the time that was scheduled. I did not receive the reimbursement and was charged an additional 5,05 instead. 10/10 do not recommend.
Richard BUhaul rarely disappoints. Thanks to front desk guy for being thorough and chilled-out during my truck checkout. Have used uhaul plenty and will continue to do so!
MICHAEL JThere was no key drop off box and the office was closed despite their hours stating they were open. We had tp put the key through the Mail Drop.
Hannah KYou charged me an after hour fee even though I returned and picked up while your store was open. The employee was not there and had put a sign on the door saying back at 1:15 but it was 1:30 and he refused to answer. What's the fee for when I did everything myself???

GREGORY YThis location was great however we have a complaint about u-haul itself. We returned the truck as per our agreement but today we received a text from u-haul basically accusing us of not returning the truck on Saturday as per our agreement. We used the available after hours drop at the location, they closed at 2pm on Saturday reopening today. They were obviously unable to check in our truck until today which they did. I find it troubling that U-Haul would accuse a customer of not returning before ever checking with the rental location!
MICHAEL BStop pushing all the extras, I was on a schedule and spent 20 minutes saying no to all the offers for extra items and hiring labor etc. After the 5th "No, I don't want any of this." Selections, I really started to get annoyed. Otherwise, location was great, truck was clean, did what I needed it to do. Convenient.

RODNEY SGas tank would bit fill at gas station, station attendant said something was wrong. Drop off box is no where to be found. Wifi sucks so you can't upload photos Blankets were not in my truck upon arrival The mileage on odometer was 3 digits not showing 5 digits. Very costly with no assistance, go to a normal u-haul, no one on-site so you don't get overcharged.

Randy VHad to spend about an half an hour on the phone with UHAUL because the online 24/7 gave me the wrong lock box to get the key and had to spend the time getting ahold of help to get the correct box and lock combination.

Jerry KThe person who helped us was very kind and had a great sense of humor, but did not appear fully trained. Our check in had to be handed over in process when the first person we were working with had to attend to another matter, but the one who took over was unclear where we were at in the process and what the next step was. Excellent customer service from both, our order was processed correctly, and I'm not at all upset about inexperience. I'm sure that once her training is complete, she will do an outstanding job. Thank you for taking the time to read.
Roman BI made a reservation for a different location and was confirmed at the location that I booked. You cunt stains changed the location without telling me. I'm never using your services again

Debra AProblems with the app used to return the vehicle led to a 20-dollar charge. Even after spending over an hour wait on the U-Haul service line meant, I still ended getting the "after-hours" charge as the local site has the discretion to charge or not charge fees for returns. I would give the app a single start at best as it is non-functional to use for returns. I won't be using this location again in the future.
Earl FThe online app to get the keys was a bit confusing, then called Cust Service - on hold for over 45 minutes to get help. Meanwhile person at mini-storage unwilling to help . Pull in to leaving with truck about 1 1/2 hiurs. I was Furious!! Needed to pick something up at 11, didn't get there until 12:30 messed up numerous peoples plans.. i was so upset and mad! Booking was easy , finding my truck easy, just getting the damn keys , completely unacceptable. It was the worst CS with tge fat bearded guy at mini storage being arogant and unhelpful, and the long hold on the phkne. Wanna make it right?

JENNIFER DSignage identifying the entrance for the U Haul location. I was heading southbound on Cornelius Pass road and completely missed the entrance.
Mark CThe staff were rude, unprofessional, and made claims that were not supported by the signs posted, website, or booking agreement. I would never elect to drop off here again, and will be certain our company will never use this location.

Tyler II had issues returning the truck. The app kept logging me out and when I tried using the app to submit photos of the odometer and fuel lever the app froze twice. Then I was charged a after hour $20 fee, but I returned the truck wising it only 2,5 hours from 10:10 am to 12:45pm. The app needs improvement it was frustrating trying to return truck. I also had to email and request refund if $20 service fee. In addition when reserving the truck no where did it ask if I was AAA member fir discount.

Sarah TNo one at location. Had to phone and get instructions; waited for someone to take my call for close to 15 minutes. Told to download app and follow those instructions. Took me close to an hour just to return my truck. Also had trouble with Moving Help in getting payment codes. Even though equipment and on site personnel were excellent, the overall experience was quite negative. Will not use or recommend U-Haul again.
Ron RTruck was mostly clean. I did leave it cleaner than I when i picked it up. Not really dirty, but could of had more attention to detail on it.
Thomas LUhaul self-service application was terrible. If it wasn't for the incredibly helpful staff at this location, I would've just cancelled my truck reservation. When making a reservation, I was not informed that a uhaul account must be created to pick up my keys for the reserved truck. When I arrived, I had to hastily create an account on the mobile site, which apparently malfunctioned and trapped me in an infinite loop of account creation/logging in/verification. The helpful staff at this location manually completed my reservation.
Brian MLocation is poor - trucks are parked on the curb outside a storage facility and there is no place to park and leave your car if you need to and no one available to ask for help or direction if needed. Self check out is not easy and cumbersome, again if you get stuck or have questions you have to text and chat. No one told me I needed another phone contact and no one was available this day to pick up - so my whole application shut down. I would never do self check out again - too stressful

Jim Vonly issue was having to go to two different facilities. One for the truck rental & one for a TV box. The store on Cornell road was where the box was, but no available truck.

Jay MI would change Nothing! The customer service is amazing at the Cornelius pass mini storage location. I will only be renting from this location when needing a uhaul again. I have rented from several locations, but I have never experienced the kindness I experienced there. Not to mention when I picked up my truck 2 days before from a uhaul center the truck was disgusting! The day after I picked up the same exact truck i dropped off at the cornelius mini storage location The day before and it was spotless clean and ready to go.
