No improvements needed i only do uhaul rentals at the areas premier storage facility Corral Storage in Farmington Mo. The manager Clayton is very knowledgable and friendly regardles of how agrivating i can be. Thanks for all the assistance!
PAUL EI dropped off in the middle of the night so don't really know if it was clean or if the personal was helpful.
Ida BOverall experience was good. Issue with a noisy wheel bearing (assuming) caused some concerns otherwise very good. Will use U-Haul at this location again.

Margarett GWe dropped off the truck at 10:38 AM. I gave the keys to the fellow in the office and he said he would get it checked right in. He did not give us a return receipt. Hours later, I received this message: "This is the U-Haul Company. The due date for this rental has passed and our records indicate that our equipment has not been returned. Per your contract you are accruing late charges/fees daily. If you have returned our equipment you should have received a return receipt." I called the number they provided, and did get the issue resolved, but they did not actually check the truck in until 1:57 PM.

Ronnie BI had a great experience. The only issue I can see is the U-Haul dealers in this area are short on Dolly's, regular and appliance. Out of three places in the area none had any.

Michael PUhaul truck was low on antifreeze and oil. In which I had to pay to fill both. This is the second time I have had problems with this same truck this month. I was told it was going to get maintained. Clearly has not.

JAMES WI would not recommend Uhaul for anything! They made me purchase over a hundred miles and 4 days for a trip that took 10 hours to drive and 615 miles.

Spencer BOrdered furniture pads that were not included when I picked up the truck Also the "24/7 Pickup" using my mobile phone was not very easy to use. It took several tries before your system would quit logging me out
