I complained to the personnel at this dump of a gas station and they replied they are only a receiving location for U- haul.

Chose this location for the convenience. And it was very convenient to my task. 1/8 th of mile from apt. However, it was not made clear to me upon pick up or reservation that this was a drop box service with no attendant. Ergo, I was unprepared in a location I can only describe as "super sketch." Had to figure out the drop off protocol in the sweltering heat on a time crunch on the fly. The Country Kwik is a liquor and vice store. NO GAS (though there are pumps giving the false impression you can gas up when you drop off.) Had to drive elsewhere for gas. The liquor/vice store worker instructed me to park the truck in the grassy unkept overgrown field next to the store. Beyond that the worker was entirely unhelpful. To be fair, the drop off was successful. I do think some kind of disclaimer needs to be added on this location as it is not for the innocent. I did not feel unsafe, but unlike many of the young folk moving to the Auburn area, I've seen some things in my life. Less life savvy individuals may struggle. Wouldn't recommend, especially after dark…. Unless liquor and vice is your jam, in which case: it's a convenience paradise.

Truck reeked of cigarettes, had trash in seats, and had liquid in the cup holder. It was like this when I received the truck. I reported this upon returning the truck, and was charged a $25 cleaning fee.

The drop off site was fine...just a gas station. There was no other uhaul equipment there so it felt very odd.
