Get rid of this truck and get a new one. I should ask for money back because this truck was a problem from the start. Thank God it got my daughter moved last night but this truck had issues.
Robert PThe woman who greeted me let her very young child help in hooking up the trailer. This child was also the one who first greeted me when I arrived. Very unprofessional. Not to mention it took that much longer because of a child trying to help. Just unprofessional overall. Not what I am used to from UHaul.

Austin EThe truck smelled like body odor although it looked fairly clean. We needed help and couldn't reach the proprietor, although we called theee times. Our dolly wasn't there, or in the truck and there was no one to ask about it. It took customer support from uhaul to help us get the keys to the truck.

Monte WGood experience overall. The only thing I noticed was the speedometer was reading faster than reality. I compared the truck readings to gps speed readings and had about a 5 mph difference at 35 mph! Meaning the odometer is adding extra mileage. For someone going cross country, that could really add up in additional unwanted mileage! Highly recommend the location of pickup and its host! Phenomenal! Overall, 4,5 out of 5 stars.
Guy FThis location was the filthiest I have ever seen. I have rented many trailers in the past 2-3 years, and I will never go back to this location. The internet was extremely slow, the place smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. There were 6 or 7 kids running around between the ages of 2 and 7. The process took twice as long as any other rental. I had to go thru different steps than before, such as calling my wife to see if her phone number was active. I cannot begin to explain the condition of the building and the office. This entire rental was completely unprofessional, and someone from Uhaul Corporate should do a surprise visit to see the office and smell the stench from the cigarette smoke. I needed to go home and change before I went to pick up the goods for my daughter. Totally disgusting. This office should be dropped from the Uhaul locations.
