Unprofessional and strange. There were small children climber all over and inside the truck both before and after pickup and dropoff. Also, a child around 6 or 7 started the truck as I was walking towards it. Would never use this area again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had reserved a 10 foot truck only to find out the day before moving that only a 26 foot truck was available. We used 1/4 of the truck!! Good thing my husband was ok to drive that huge truck!!! I think when you reserve a small truck you should not be put into a truck 3 times that size!!!!
Joseph PVery helpful when changes had to be made. Prompt and courteous replies.
Ron RIt was a little far for my needs, but it worked out well.
Shannon PIt was fine for a dropoff or pickup but I would not have guessed it was a UHaul facility. They also have a bit of a bird problem.
