Wipers on truck would not work some times. Man l rented from was unsure about the rental proceedure. I liked the way U-haul did things in the past where you could drop off a vehicle at any location, and that is the way it should be now. Some locations will not take a 20 foot long truck. This is nuts, if they handle U-haul they should be required to accept any U-haul vehicle or item. I will not use U-haul again.

KEITH MTruck was pretty beat up. Can't really say anything about location. It was closed at the time. But trying to get all the information to pick the truck up was a nightmare. Online services and customer service reps wasn't on same page. Extremely difficult to manage. Never had any issues when I picked up vehicle at an open business.

ISRAEL BRatchet straps on tow dolly were hard to operate could probably use some lubricant of some sort.

William GI originally ordered a truck from a business in Paris,Il a month before I needed it only to check on the pick up time and found out I had to drive my vehicle 55 miles on way to pick up the truck . Drive the Uhaul back to my home 62 miles . I think I should be compensated for mileage and time!!

Scott Dthere was no way to get pads or an appliance dolly since the store was not open on the weekends, and I didn't see a place to order it when I made my reservation, even though it showed the items. This made things difficult since this is a rural location and these items were not available withing a 100 mile radius. It would be great if you had a little kiosk at Green's Ace Hardware where you could pick up extra items to rent that you needed, such as dollies etc... Just an idea....
cynthia fThey stated they open at 8. I got there a little after 830 and the door was locked. I went back to their secondary building (service area) and he said I had to go to the original building I was at. I told him the door was locked and he told me that sometimes the office ladies don't get in until 9 or so. I then was able to go in around 845 after a woman showed up and went inside. To which I was told that the only person that can process the U-Haul pickup wasn't in yet and she doesn't get get there until 9 or so. I went back out to my car and waited. Once I went back inside after she arrived I had to stand and wait outside of her office as she brings her dog to work and had to close the baby gate on her door. The smell in the building was less than pleasant and someone with allergies would definitely struggle as there were 5 dogs in the office between all the workers as well as at least one cat. It was just a cluster of a pickup. Then the truck was dirty in the back. It had debris and trash which we had to clean because we could load.

Todd CThe process of having the Uhaul app to find the location to verify pickup requires a call to customer service. Uploading the Ill drivers license was very time consuming. The pickup process required 2 hrs.45 min from entry onto lot until departure. Six movers waited the entire 3 hours. Return was very easy and quick.
Paul SI was hooked up to 3 different trailers to finally find one in good order. The first one assigned to me had no brake fluid, the second trailer had wiring issues, the third trailer and one I accepted was dirty inside but I had no choice but to take it, as I was already behind schedule due to these issues.
Jose RThe trailer lights wiring connector had a loose wire which was immediately addressed. Looks like multiple repairs to harness had been made.

Lisa MAfter picking up the trailer, I went less than a mile and the trailer coupling came off the ball of my hitch. Tried repeatedly to contact the renting location with no answer. Finally put the trailer back on the hitch myself. Coupler tightening screw was even tightened down !!! Will never rent from Uhaul again !!!

JOESPH CI tried to call them 4 times over a one-hour period and they didn't answer. When I drove there, there was one person on site. While helpful, there was no apparent reason for not answering.
