Dayton CNo improvements recommended. It was great, and the best overall truck rental experience we've ever had. In fact, it was great - thanks to the staff at the Cubby Hole on Bert Kouns in Shreveport. They did a fantastic job of assisting us in every way possible with supplies, appropriate truck size, drop off locations, etc. The staff clearly explained everything, are knowledgeable, and are very efficient, and during the entire process remained respectful, kind, and patient. Also, the facility and office were well maintained, clean and well organized. Terrific job!

GREGORY GLove this UHaul location. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Also, the holiday decorations, especially for Mardi Gras season, are phenomenal and provides much enjoyment during a stressful time of moving!

RANDAL CI didn't really expect the vehicle to be clean as far as the outside or even the cargo area, however, the windshield was very, very dirty, inside and out.
CARLTON HTire pressure light was on and service warning. Other than that it was good. The ladies that were there were very helpful and did a great job.
BOBBY WThis location was not my choice yet it was nice. The location caused me to use extra miles and caused me financial hardship.
TAMMIE CWhen I rented from U Haul in Bert Kouns I could not have received better service. They were though, patient and very nice. When I asked for a change in the size of the vehicle, it was handed w/o a problem , very professionally. I thank you again.
CHERYL JThe three ladies working at the front desk and the gentleman who helped connect the trailer to my car were all amazing and they were so incredibly kind and helpful and had the best personalities and the office was decorated amazingly for Halloween! My granddaughter went crazy. She loved it so much.
ASHLEY EErica was very helpful as well as at the gentleman who hooked up the trailer. They stayed a few minutes late to help me get set up since I had to change vehicles at the last minute. I did not care for the drop off location as it was in a run down rural area but was able to easily call U-Haul who asissted in updating it to a more central, safe feeling location.

Fitzroy SVery disappointed with self pickup service. This was the first time I used self pickup, but very disappointed. It took me more than 30 min to get approval. No one was responding to msgs while waiting on approval. Then I decided to do live chat with agent that solve the problem. Very bad experience.

Shoujun CI was a neighborhood dealer for Payless storage for a couple of years up until I just recently moved & I love love love how U-Haul runs its stores…. HUGE HUGE thanks to Mr. Don for ALWAYS ALWAYS cming through for me; The lady at chubby hole, I think her name was Karen maybe; she was extremely nice & her maintenance man was very helpful hooking our trailer 10/10 would recommend…
