Tell them the truth about the deposit. Instead of telling them that there's no deposit when payment is made with a bank card.

Jearmy MRenting a U-Haul here was easy. The business owner, Tony was very nice. The U-Haul was in very good condition. We returned it after hours and left the key in drop box. We received our receipt through email. We will definitely use this business again and recommend them to our family and friends.

JACQUELINE PThe front desk agent was helpful and energetic. He was unable to change the "wrong drop off" fee and gave me instructions to contact Uhaul via phone. This location was also a mini store and I had a purchase there.
Torran SI had to go to a location other than where I reserved to pick up equipment. It was closed, so I didn't get my appliance dolly. I sat for over an hour trying to confirm information, since the location was closed. I was required to return my UHaul by noon on Monday, though I didn't pick it up until nearly 9PM on Saturday night!!! I'm very unhappy. I also paid for an appliance dolly I never received. A 50 dollar refund covered my gas to the new location. I had to pay people to help me unload, since I was required to return the UHaul 9 hours early!!! How about a refund of the 200!!!!

Russell RWell my trip started with almost on empty. I had to drive to Lloyd to my storage unit . This was the closest one that had a 10' truck. Then I was over on mileage and I made sure it had a half tank of gas when I turned it in. You ought to have an option on miles . 68 miles extra. What happened to 0,79¢?
Jeffery KIt took an hour to get paperwork, he had to delete it once and start over. Told me I could return it anywhere, found out you can't. I told him I wanted to drop off in Kittanning he put Indiana, when I told him I wanted to tan and he said well just dropped off anywhere. He had no clue what he was doing.
