Never a problem… great service at this location!!
LAWRENCE RDon't leave only 1/8th of a tank of gas. The first thing I had to do was go to a gas station. Very inconvenient to have to get gas twice, first before even being able to begin my move

CHERYL RI've been using uhaul for longer than I can remember. At least since the early 90s. This was absolutely the first time I've ever gotten a smooth simple in and out experience. Did online booking reservation. Checked in online Came in picked up equipment I reserved. Equipment was there. Quick run thru on how equipment worked. Did my thing with it. Returning it was as simple as picking it up. Checked out in same amount of time checking in. Why can't every transaction with all uhaul be like this?

The local uhaul rental hub tried to hijack my business away from them but a phone call to Da Vals straightened that out. Thanks again for the rental experience !

BRIAN TThe car transport was covered with diesel fuel from the previous rental. I asked why it was not cleaned before I rented it and the agent stated they did not have the ability to clean the equipment and it's always being rented. I had to take the rental to a car wash and spent $16 degreasing it before I could load my freshly restored 66 Mustang on it from the shop. The agent was not willing to compensate me in any way and when I returned the unit never went to look to see the condition. I will not rent from that location ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. I documented the condition before leaving the agency thru the app and took my own photos before and while degreasing. This is a very poor representation of u-haul and it's lack of service and resolution for the customer. Please inform me of your intentions of my dispute. Willie Giese 215-990-6741 Ftogrfr@aol.com

Joseph KTrailer clean, however left rear tire required air as it was noticeably low. Dealer promptly topped it off. After three days and approximately 500 miles pressure was down to 11 PSI. Tire valve stem or bead seating may be creating a slow leak. It was reported to dealer at return time.

Darwoosh IA little confusing where to park for drop off - not many spaces, and I didn't want to block off the gate. It seemed like it was okay to park it roadside next to the business, and I haven't heard otherwise. Overall, not a bad spot to drop off - key drop box was easy to find.
